Neuchâtel · X, Through Another Lens

YoureTerrific takes a closer look at our tenth anniversary collection.

Ten years ago, the first MONTA Triumph was sketched at the Beau Rivage in Neuchâtel. Every watch we have made since has been developed in that same city, so when it came time to mark our tenth year, the name was already decided.

Neuchâtel · X is two limited editions: the Skyquest Neuchâtel · X, limited to 100 pieces, and the Triumph Neuchâtel · X, limited to 90. Both have opaline dials, vintage-inspired hands, and tan Super-LumiNova. They are quieter than anything we have released before, and that was intentional.

We are always interested in how the collection looks to someone outside the brand. YoureTerrific spent time with both watches and covered the details we care most about: dimensions and how each one wears, the quick-adjust clasp, the opaline dial in different light, and the tan lume. He also looks at the Triumph's Explorer lineage and compares the Skyquest's caller GMT with a flyer movement.

If the video answers some of your questions and raises others, the full details for both watches are on the collection page. Numbered pieces of each edition are still available.

Skyquest Neuchâtel · X, $2,485
Triumph Neuchâtel · X, $1,895
