MONTA strives to produce the highest quality products with only the world’s best materials to meet only the highest expectations. MONTA meticulously and individually designs and hand assembles every product leaving MONTA’s doors. Ultimately, MONTA stands behind its Swiss-made products, and customer satisfaction is the first priority.


All MONTA watches carry a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the warranty card.  This includes the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. The warranty excludes any issues that occur due to mishandling and/or damaging the watch.  Normal wear-and-tear on the bracelet/strap is also excluded. Furthermore, any work carried out by a non-authorized third party will void the warranty.

The MONTA warranty is only valid if the owner has the completed warranty card in their possession along with the matching serial number on the watch.

The MONTA warranty can be transferred once to a secondary owner of the watch. The original owner must contact us at or +1 (314) 590-3990 so the information can be recorded. The secondary owner will receive the remaining balance of the original 2-year warranty.


Due to the prominent quality of MONTA’s products and customer expectations, MONTA accepts Returns/Exchanges for products only in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and UNALTERED condition within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of goods. Any protective plastic must still be in place. A RETURN FEE of $150 per order will be charged for all refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact MONTA within 7 days of the original purchase for instructions to return. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus the return fee.

You may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. In the event of an Exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping per selected method.

Full refunds (including original shipping fees) will be processed for items that are returned to MONTA due to factory defects ONLY.

How to Return an Item

Please email before returning any orders. Product returns are the responsibility of the customer, including custom fees and taxes. Returned goods must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. If it is damaged upon arrival, MONTA cannot accept the return.
